30-Night Money-Back Guarantee
Every SoftNest belly band is backed by a 30-night guarantee. Try it for 30 nights from the date it is delivered. If it does not work for you and your baby, email us at queries@softnest.ink with your order number and we will refund your purchase in full.
You do not need to send anything back
There is nothing to ship back and no forms to complete. You keep the product.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically shows the funds within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Shipping charges paid on the original order, where applicable, are included in the refund.
Requests after 30 nights
If you are outside the 30-night window, please contact us anyway at queries@softnest.ink. We review these requests case by case.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email queries@softnest.ink within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or your order has not arrived well beyond the delivery window in our Shipping Policy, contact us. We will look into it with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible at queries@softnest.ink. If your order has already shipped, the 30-night guarantee above applies.
